Saturday:
- Bagel w/ Brummel & Brown
- 2 sausage & cheese kolaches
- 1 hot dog with mustard & ketchup
- Fried pickles at Katz’s
- French Dip sandwich at Katz’s
- Half of a regular Coke; Mike ordered it for me while I was gone, and I made myself limit how much of it I drank.
- Lots of Dt. Sprite
Activity: Setting up & standing at our photo booth. I don’t know if standing burns more calories than sitting, but it definitely wipes me out!
Sunday:
- Last 3 fried pickles from Saturday
- 4 Papa John’s cheese sticks
- Ramen
- Beef Stroganoff
- Several Dt. Sprites
- WW Cookie & Cream ice cream bar
Activity: Knitting and using the TiVo remote to watch TV.
Monday (Today):
My stomach has decided to attack me today. Also, we’re out of bagels. I need more bagels.
Breakfast:
Nothing. We’re out of bagels. Maybe this is what set off my stomach?
Lunch:
Dt. Sprite
1 bowl of stroganoff leftovers
Activity: Does curling up in bed & hugging the pillow count?

My stomach started copping an attitude with me today, too! Maybe it’s the Lenders? Lol. Hope you feel better tomorrow!
By the way, I’m sure setting up your booth, standing there all day, and breaking down the booth expends oodles of calories. That was probably a great calorie expenditure day.

Don’t you just love those WW ice cream bars. Unfortunately sometimes I love them up to 3 times a day!!!!
I have found that if i have protein in the morning, i do better throughout the day. I put peanut butter on my bagel.
